1. Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. This policy is in place to maintain the availability of our services for you and others.
3. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or severe weather conditions, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of Incustudio.
